Extension – Freta Road, Bexleyheath

We were asked by a customer in Bexleyheath to undertake a large scale rear double extension, with additional internal alterations to the existing house.

This included a new bedroom and study on the second floor, plus two new bathrooms, both with luxurious rainfall showers.

With the addition of the new double extension we were able to create a large, open plan, kitchen and family room, complete with large bi-fold doors leading out to the terraced patio area.

The inclusion of multiple roof windows helped to bring extra light to this new space. The highlight of the kitchen being the extensive breakfast bar island with a ceramic sink and plenty of storage.

The space was finished off with real wood flooring throughout and statement radiators, making this extension a truly functional, yet stylish family area.
